- Refunds are offered within the first 30 days of your purchase. Return window closes 30 days after delivery of your order.
- All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Buyer pays return shipping and insurance.
- All items must be received unused, in the original packaging and in new condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.

- Include your RMA#, name, address, phone number, and email address along with return.
- All items must be properly packed to avoid damage in return shipping.
- Insure package for full value of the items being returned.

Returns Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we email you to notify you that we have received your return and the status of your refund.
If all return requirements are met, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days.
